Because we all know that while change can be exciting, it also creates uncertainty and disruption. With a depth of experience in these areas, I’ll guide you to develop the skills to manage the (inevitable) difficult stuff, whilst helping you become clear about how you want to live your life and take meaningful action to achieve your goals.

    Apprehensive about making a big life change?

    Perhaps you’re taking on a new job, or finding your feet in a new country, or moving home to a new community? My own journey has been supported by coaches, counsellors and psychologists who have helped me manage the mental and emotional challenges of change, and gain insight into the personal growth that comes with the courage to try something new. I’m now passionate about sharing those skills and insights to help others navigate - and excel at - those big life changes.

  • Aged Care -Transitions

    Considering a move into aged care?

    It’s something that each one of us has to face at some point in our lives, whether we are getting old, a partner, or a beloved parent or family member. Research shows that if done early, planning for change and managing the potential issues that may arise up front can prevent them from becoming significant challenges down the track. Having had personal experience working with elderly people and their families, I can support you to effectively manage change to enable a smooth and compassionate transition.

  • Performance Psychology

    Struggling to level up your sporting performance?

    Do you think your mind is holding you back from playing your best game? Perhaps a stagnant handicap, nerves under pressure, or not finding enjoyment anymore? Having played several sports at an elite level, I get that physical AND mental skills are important for high performance. I work with athletes to develop resilience and discover psychological skills to deal with cognitive and emotional challenges, increase your enjoyment of your sport, and hone your skills each time you step onto the course, court or field.

About me

Hi, I’m Sarah.

A professional counsellor, coach, and company director. Having lived, worked and studied in 15 different countries, and played several sports at an elite level, I know the challenges and emotions that come with these experiences and want to provide the support and guidance that have helped me along the way.

I work from a person-centred, strengths-based approach and believe each person has the potential to pursue their dreams, given a supportive environment and the right mindset to confront adversity.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons.) and a Masters in Community Relations from the University of Queensland, and have over 15 years of experience in the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) sector for multinational corporates and small organisations.

I live in the beautiful city of Melbourne Australia, and work with clients around the world.
